Payment is due upon arrival, no exceptions.

We can set up on concrete, grass and dirt.  No weeds! No sharp rocks!

Set up area must be ready upon delivery, no trash, no animal poop, no weeds! Pathway to get to set up area must be clear, no trash or debris! If area is not clear upon arrival we will leave. 

If you place the unit behind a fence and it’s a Saturday reservation we will bring it on Friday if it is not currently being rented.
