October all the units are changed to dry, in May all units are changed to wet. Once units have been changed the prices change as well. If you want something dry during the wet season the price is still the same as wet. We will not change bumpers/pools during those seasons.

Payment is due upon arrival, no exceptions.

We can set up on concrete, grass and dirt. No weeds! No sharp rocks! 

Set up area must be ready upon delivery, no trash, no animal poop, no weeds! Pathway to get to set up area must be clear, no trash or debris! If area is not clear upon arrival we will leave. 

Delivery fee will be added if you are more than 10 miles from us.
