IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO READ

Payment is due upon arrival, no exceptions.

We can set up on concrete, grass and dirt. No weeds! No sharp rocks! No goat heads!!!

Set up area must be ready upon delivery, no trash, no animal poop, no weeds! Pathway to get to set up area must be clear, no trash or debris! If area is not clear upon arrival we will leave. 

If you place the unit behind a fence and it’s a Saturday reservation we will bring it on Friday if it is not being currently rented.

All units that are not fenced in or blocked off by a car are same day pick ups. We will drop off early in the morning and pick up around 7pm in the evening, there is a $40 fee for this no exceptions!
