Booking Requirements and Best Practices
Prepare the Setup Area
The setup space must be clean—free of weeds, rocks, trash, sharp objects, and animal waste. If the area isn’t ready at the time of delivery, setup will be refused.
Access Clearance
We require a minimum of 4 to 5 feet of clear gate width. The units are large and heavy, and access must be fully unobstructed to transport them into your yard.
Residential Yards Only
We only provide rentals to private yards. Apartments, parks, and most multi-unit complexes are not eligible for setup.
Delivery, Setup & Staff
Our staff may deliver and set up the unit the night before your event when possible. All team members are trained, experienced, and background checked. We work efficiently and arrive with everything needed for a safe and timely setup.
